We are a group of women and men living with multiple sclerosis who support each other through meetings, social gatherings, and friendly communications.

• Membership in the MS Support Group of Flagstaff is free to MSers.  Participation by families and friends of MSers is encouraged.
  


• Quarterly meetings, plus special events, run year-round.
  


• Meetings focus on topics of mutual interest and often feature guest speakers.  For example, we talk with neurologists, physical therapists, independent living counselors, naturopaths, chiropractors, dieticians, drug representatives.
  


• Annual events usually include an autumn potluck, a Christmas dinner, and a spring garage sale.
  


• MSers can participate in the Aqua Exercise Therapy for MS program, offered annually Sept.-Nov., Feb.-Apr., and June-July.

We are friendly, smart, and upbeat!
